At TCB JEANS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-quality denim purchase. If your jeans don't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange any unwashed, unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the denim in its original packaging, ensuring all TCB JEANS authentic tags and labels are securely attached to the garment.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
