How do I choose the right size for raw denim?
Since raw denim can shrink after the first wash, we recommend checking our detailed size charts for each fit. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up to account for potential shrinkage.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days via our premium global carriers.
Do you offer a hemming service?
Yes, we provide professional chain-stitching services on a Union Special machine for all our jeans. Please specify your desired inseam length in the order notes; however, please note that hemmed items cannot be returned.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags are attached and the garment has not been altered or hemmed.
How should I care for my TCB jeans to ensure longevity?
To preserve the indigo and achieve unique fades, we recommend washing as infrequently as possible. When necessary, hand wash or use a gentle cycle with cold water and hang dry. Avoid the dryer at all costs.
